1. Who we are

Invity is provided by Mathi ApS, Danish company registration no. 32890032, Nygårdsvænget 25, 8370 Hadsten, Denmark. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

2. What Invity is

Invity is a platform for digital invitations to private parties. You create an event, send the invitation by email or as a link, and your guests reply without signing up. Depending on what is enabled on your account, you can also collect photos and greetings from your guests.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 to create an account.
  • You log in with a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping others out of your inbox and therefore out of your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time under Settings. That deletes all your events and guest lists.

4. Your responsibilities as a host

  • Only invite people you know, and only to your own events. Invity must not be used for marketing, bulk mailing, or contacting people who have no relation to you.
  • You are responsible for the content of your invitation and for having the right to use the photos and texts you upload.
  • You are responsible for treating your guests' data properly: ask only for what you need, and delete the event when you no longer need it.
  • Illegal, offensive or discriminatory content is not allowed on Invity. We may remove such content and close the account without notice.

5. Guest content

Photos and greetings uploaded by guests belong to the guests. The host may show and download them within the event. The host can remove content from their event, and guests can ask the host or us to delete content.

6. Price and payment

Creating an account, building an event, editing it and previewing it as your guests will see it is free. Publishing an event, so that guests can open the invitation and reply, costs 199 kr. incl. VAT and is paid with MobilePay before the event becomes visible. The price covers the event for its whole lifetime, whatever the number of guests. Events created before we introduced payment stay free. If we introduce a charge for anything else you use, you will be told by email at least 30 days in advance. 7. Operation and liability

  • We do our best to keep Invity available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that there is never downtime or a bug.
  • We are not liable for whether an email or SMS arrives. Always send a test to yourself, and keep another channel for important messages.
  • In any case our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You can stop using Invity at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we shut down Invity as a service, you get at least 60 days' notice so you can retrieve your data.

9. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. Significant changes are announced by email. These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
